Meet The Great Teacher

I tried my best not to have this topic in different parts because it was pretty long when I was done studying and jotting down words from the HolySpirit. So, I thank God I was able to summarize it to an extent, though.

The Holy Spirit was sent to you by the Father in the name of Jesus. I like to see the HolySpirit as a Divine Envoy, a messager sent on a special mission and Jesus told us what the Holy Spirit will be coming for. 

First, to teach you all things and secondly, to bring to your remembrance all that Jesus said to us when He was on earth.

As you can see, His first mission is to teach all things to you (1John14:26). If you are really a child of God who is spirit-filled, why are you afraid to go into that business; to work with the idea you have; to teach your friends the word of God; to know Maths? He is never a liar and he has not changed. He will teach you, immediately you start acknowledging that He is the best teacher you can ever have.

He is not asking you to pay for Christ has paid. Just let the word of God dwell in you richly. And even after He teaches you and you forget, He will remind you. God loves you so much so He doesn't want any of His children to be stranded so He sent an Envoy to make sure of that.

Most of us only recognize the HolySpirit as a Helper. So when we are in need of His help, we remember Him. He is always willing to help but He can also teach you how not to get into that mess again. Most times, we keep finding ourselves in the dirt we promised not to be found again. That's where you need Him not to always help you out but to teach you the way out and how to prevent ever going into it.

In Luke 11:1, one of Jesus' disciples said to Him, "Lord, teach us to pray,..." 

Did He teach them? Yes, He taught them. Notice that the disciple didn't say "help us to pray". Start asking the HolySpirit to teach you rather than just waiting for His help everytime. Thinking of it, although He is our assistant, doesn't really mean He always have to literary help you with everything, at one point, He would have to teach you how to catch the fish. 

He taught the disciples what they know, He taught your pastor what he/she knows today...not only does he teach the word, He can teach you all things. You are supposed to celebrate for this... We have a great teacher all along and yet still face uncertainties in our lives.

When you find yourself loving people, don't think is because you're a Christian. No, it is because God has taught you to love one another according to

 IThess.4:9b, "For ye yourselves are taught of God to love one another."

Remember how God taught Moses how important is His rod. And Moses used that rod to solve most of the problems in the camp, against the enemies of Israel.

God can teach you how to use that talent he has given you to do great things. His Spirit has come to live in us and has identified us as His children (Rom. 8:16). So, if we been the children of God do not take charge of what God has given to us to assist us in life then we are only restricting ourselves to more and more slavery. Remember, in Hosea 4:6, He said, My people perish because of lack of knowledge...."

He can teach us how to be the best tailor in our fields: the best tailor, engineer, student, lawyer, pilot, marketer, etc and can even teach us how to use our career for His glory.

How can He teach you? Just ask Him to, simple.

Remember that it is His work/mission to teach you all things that you may have knowledge of all things. If you aint born-again, don't waste your time. First be born again then you can enjoy this great benefit of having the HolySpirit.
